I could read “Fire and Blood” by George R.R. Martin over and over again.

First, the Targaryen family history is so fascinating because they were a royal family of dragon riders. They had so much power both as a member of royal family and as the last remaining dragon riders. Whereas the books is even more fascinating because of the unreliable narrators. Most if not all real life historical books are written by unreliable narrators but when I was studying history as a child, I didn’t know that to be true. Now, I do so I enjoy reading books where I have to question if what I am reading is the truth or based on the biased perception of someone who hated/was envious of the the person or family.
